I love the science behind a good cup of coffee and have gone so far as travelling across the world to tour coffee plantations and roasteries to get a better understanding of what goes into a beautiful cup of joe. Good equipment and good beans is more than half the battle, so I’ve spent hundreds of hours researching and experimenting with different beans and gear.
